BobP's Group Wheel

 A theoretical resultset wheel for a guaranteed 4/5 win if 1 number is selected from each group.  This wheel is "balanced" in that all numbers are chosen once an equal number of times, as part of a pair an equal number of times, part of a triple exactly once and part of a four way combination an equal number of times.
